Covid-19: Your booking is protected if your travel plans are affected by Covid-19. You can amend your dates or destination. If your booking is cancelled by the travel supplier, you are entitled to a full refund. If you are unable to travel for personal reasons, we will work to limit the cancellation costs and will not charge you any admin fee. Depending on total cost of new travel arrangements, you may be required to pay additional costs or be due a refund of the difference between your breaks. 3rd party T&Cs will apply. Redemption Instructions:
Call Centre
If you are booking via our call centre please tell the Travel Agent the Card Number and PIN and the value will be subtracted from the booking total. Call the Inspire customer support team on 0161 440 620 and they will be able to assist further.
The Inspire travel card is redeemable online however some breaks we are unable to book online and are required to be booked manually, you can do this via phone call or email with Inspire’s agents
